Your compliance calendar
Choose your business type and the laws that apply, see every due date for the year, and download it to your phone or computer calendar, or as a spreadsheet.
Step by step
Add the dates to your calendar and get reminders
First choose your business type above and click Calendar file (.ics). Then follow the steps for the calendar you use.
Google Calendar (Android phones and Gmail users)
Google lets you add a calendar file only from a computer browser. Once added, the dates and reminders appear on your phone automatically.
- On a computer, open calendar.google.com and sign in with the Gmail account you use on your phone.
- Make a separate calendar so the dates are easy to manage: on the left, next to Other calendars, click + then Create new calendar. Name it Compliance FY 2026-27 and click Create calendar.
- Set the reminders first: on the left, under Settings for my calendars, click the new calendar. Scroll to All-day event notifications, click Add notification and set 3 days before at 9:00 am. Add a second one: 1 day before at 9:00 am.
- Add the dates: on the left, click Import & export. Click Select file from your computer and choose the downloaded file (it starts with auditzoid-compliance-calendar). Under Add to calendar, choose Compliance FY 2026-27. Click Import.
- Check: go back to the calendar and click any due date. It should show the bell with your reminders.
- Turn on alerts on your phone: open the Google Calendar app, tap the menu (three lines) and make sure Compliance FY 2026-27 is ticked. Then open your phone's Settings → Apps → Calendar → Notifications and switch them on.
To remove all the dates later, delete the Compliance calendar from its settings page. Your other events are not affected.
iPhone or iPad (Apple Calendar)
- Open this page in Safari, choose your options and tap Calendar file (.ics). If asked, tap Download.
- Tap the download arrow in the address bar (or open the Files app → Downloads) and tap the file.
- Tap Add All, choose the calendar to add the dates to, and tap Done. The two reminders in the file are kept.
- Turn on alerts: open Settings → Notifications → Calendar and switch on Allow Notifications.
Microsoft Outlook (Windows)
- Download the calendar file on your computer.
- Outlook app: click File → Open & Export → Import/Export, choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file, click Next, select the file and click Open as New. The dates appear as a separate calendar with their reminders.
- New Outlook or Outlook on the web: open the Calendar, click Add calendar → Upload from file, choose the file, pick a calendar and click Import.
- Turn on alerts: in Windows, open Settings → System → Notifications and make sure Outlook is switched on.
Samsung phones (Samsung Calendar)
- Download the calendar file on the phone, then open My Files → Downloads and tap the file.
- If the phone offers Calendar (Samsung Calendar), choose it and tap Save or Import. If it does not, use the Google Calendar steps above on a computer.
- Turn on alerts: open Settings → Notifications → App notifications and switch on Calendar.
Excel file and printing
Excel (.csv) opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with one row per due date, for office trackers. Print or PDF opens your browser's print window; choose Save as PDF as the printer to keep a PDF copy.
When dates change
A downloaded file does not update itself. When the government extends a due date by notification or circular, the date in your calendar stays the same; change it by hand or call us. When you download a new file for the next year, add it as a new calendar so dates are not repeated.
Dates follow the Income-tax Act, 1961 (returns for FY 2025-26 and earlier) and the Income-tax Act, 2025 (from tax year 2026-27), the CGST Act, 2017 and Rules, the Companies Act, 2013, the LLP Act, 2008, the EPF and MP Act, 1952 and the ESI Act, 1948. Company dates assume a 31 March year end and an AGM on 30 September; quarterly GSTR-3B is shown on the 22nd, which applies to Tamil Nadu. FY 2027-28 dates are projected from the current standard due dates. Due dates extended by the government through notifications or circulars may not be updated here. Dates are the standard statutory due dates; please contact the office for any query. This calendar is general information, not advice for your case.
